This page describes some payment methods that may be convenient for non-US residents willing to pay without a credit card. The main disadvantage is that these payments are processed manually; please be ready to wait up to 12 hours before you receive a registration code (the interval may be even longer during some Russian local holydays).

If you decide to use one of these payment methods, please follow the instructions below:

First, determine the amount of money to be transferred. All payments should be made in U.S.Dollars. Sum up all ordered products' prices and add $20 (manual processing fee) to get the value to be transferred. All fees of the transferring system should be payed by the sender.
Next, let us know what products are you ordering and what payment method are you using. We will also need to know the name, phone and the address of a person making the payment.
We will confirm that we're ready to receive a payment and send back the registration codes for the products you've ordered.
Now you may proceed with the payment.

Direct Payment with Payoneer Card Load

Most appropriate payment method for amounts below 1000 USD, especially those not tied to fixed number of licences/keys;
